Laurie is doing most of the packing...that is great! Except she also gets to decide what we keep and what gets thrown away.

I am doing the coordination of movers, HVAC company, plumbers, electrician, utilities and such. If someone shows up late or not at all then it is my fault.

Our "new" house needs a lot of work. The reason we are buying it is the location. It has great schools and parks, great homes around it and a canal in the back yard with ducks and geese!

You know what they say about choosing real estate, the three most important items are, location, location and location.

We'll see how it goes.
